I had an amazing experience with Verizon thanks to Aisha R. From the very beginning, she was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood all of my options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was her genuine care and positive attitude she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. It’s rare to come across someone who combines expertise with such kindness and attention to detail.

Got my new iPhone here a couple weeks ago. the guys were super helpful and there was no sitting around for hours or lots of paperwork. Really appreciated how quick and smooth it was from start to finish
Went in to change providers, Dude was super chill, was super helpful with our needs. Helped us in every aspect, and was actually a pleasure changing providers. Would highly recommend this store if you plan on switch back or to Verizon.
I just got myself a new phone line with Scott. Customer service was absolutely on point and he was very patient kind reliable and funny. He also made sure I was signed into all accounts, all data was transfered properly, and I was accepted for all promotions for a discount on my service! I’m so glad I came in today. Sojiah was very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt I could communicate with him well, and that he took the time to make sure my new phone was ready to use for work right away.
Sojiah helped me to accomplish what other sales representatives had told me couldn't be done because of plan requirements... he even stayed an hour past closing to make sure that the phone was set up, transferred and helped me setup all of my services! Helped me switch data over, despite the time but he refused to send me out the door without being completely happy with everything that happened in store- after 3 + years with Verizon we were able to do more in one night!! Highly recommend thank you!

I had an amazing experience with Sojiah, he was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain my options without being pushy. I came in hoping to get an upgrade while keeping my number and possibly seeing if there was a better plan available, he made all of this possible! He was also super fast and respectful of my time even though he had two newer employees that he was actively training, I’ll definitely be returning to this location for any future issues or upgrades.
