Vanessa, was Excellentayy! When we were worried or frustrated she fixed it right away with a solution. Also, super kind recommend things that are, so helpful. 😃 Wish we had someone like her in every store she was wonderful. Her team was so helpful and supportive especially, Jason helped us with our phone accessories and tips on how to fix our phones.
Vanessa was just amazing at everything! She gave us all the great deals and information we needed or asked. She was also very patient and professional! My Family and I are very satisfied and definitely recommend her in the future. Every Verizon store needs one or two of her 😊

Kevin was very helpful today. I did not decide to upgrade today. But that's only because I didn't have my husband with me. Wink wink. But in all seriousness after the breakdown in pricing, Kevin was able to provide me with a written out explanation of what my savings and additional cost would be. And it's nice when you can leave the phone store and say that your bill will actually go down. This is especially true for my fellow Android / Samsung users. And if you pay $19.99 a month for Gemini / Google One. It's half the price if you do that subscription through your Verizon plan. I'm excited to go back and do my upgrade before the end of the month.
