Aaron was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He set up a notification on his computer that will show when 5G becomes available in my area; I presently have 4G. Aaron said he'll call me when the notification pops up. I thought this was very thoughtful. He also suggested my getting a USB to Ethernet adapter to plug into my laptop; I've ordered it. I'm hoping it will improve my internet connection, which has been quite spotty. Aaron is a wonderful representative for Verizon.

Jacob is great and very knowledgeable. Not only did he upgrade our phones, he upgraded our account and we walked out with new phones, more options on our account and a cheaper bill. Highly recommend!

Jacob helped me today. My phone wasn't working. He put a new Sim card in. He also helped me remove apps that were slowing down my phone. He helped me change some settings to prevent unwanted downloads. He also cleaned my port. He didnt charge me anything and was patient and kind. A wonderful experience. Will definitely be back when I need something for my phone.
