The fellas in there were all nice enough, but Under informed on promotions. I moved my service over from AT&T brought with me four lines and added an extra number. I was told we would get the discounted/free phones (iphone 16’s) and one year of NFL Sunday Ticket. we received the phones and they worked diligently to switch things over. Proceeded to leave the place and the phones would call out, but they were NOT accepting phone calls. I had to finish all the service transfers online and over the phone. Then for a month straight, I was being told to continue to watch for the YouTube NFL Sunday ticket email in my email. I called twice and was told to keep waiting, and then was told to deal with it locally or online. I have now spent two straight days trying to solve an issue that is not going to get resolved. Bottom line: don’t leave the store without all your services working and all of your promises guaranteed.
Derrik F was so amazing in helping me with all the confusing options i couldn’t figure out myself! He was incredibly courteous and professional as well as positive! He definitely made this process much easier and the positivity he radiated was almost contagious! Even over the phone. Big thanks to Verizon and a special thanks to Derrik!
