I wanted the new IPhone, and needed to switch carries. When into Verizon and Roxanne helped me! She is fabulous and not a pushy sales person. I told her what I wanted and she told me about the special they were having. When I got my iPhone I didn’t need the iPad nor the Apple Watch which was part of my package. I went back a day later and got the pad. It was simple. Roxanne was great and my my decision very easy to go there. Thank you Roxanne!
Liam was the bomb! Walked out with newest gen phones, iPad and iwatch for a steal. He also cut our streaming services bill by 70%! I highly recommend going to see him.

I have been going into this store with my need for a new phone, dumb questions, etc. for many years. I have never been disappointed. The people who work there have always been so patient and kind. I accidentally ran over my phone and needed a new one. Roxanne took exceptional care of me and my needs. She was friendly, smart and willing to help calm my nerves. Honorable mentions are for Laurin, Tyler and Jorge. All three of them have also been very helpful to me. Thanks Verizon!
Lauryn at Livingstons Verizon store was phenomenal. She was kind, professional,and extremely helpful. Going into a phone store is usually a nightmare and I left feeling like I had just received the best customer service in my life. If you go in and have the opportunity to meet Lauryn you won’t be disappointed!!

Went into the store for a simple question Roxanne and Jorge were very helpful. They offered to review my account to determine if I was enrolled in the best plan. They found a error in my billing which another store had been unwilling to help me correct. Roxanne and Jorge had my bill corrected in 20 minutes. So thankful we stopped into this store!!
I worked with Jeremy and he did an excellent job describing my situation for a trade in and also got me a better deal. He was transparent about the associated fees and reasoning for cost efficiency. I very much appreciated his help and recommend this location for whatever you need.
Very knowledgeable and kind staff! I had an issue with activating my new phone and Katie helped us push through the number transfer and get it working. Roxanne was also very nice and helpful! Thank you guys!
