My daughter and I went to this store for an upgrade. Michael was awesome, he explained everything we needed to know completely and understandable. He pointed out things on my phone bill that I was paying for and didn’t need, so my bill was lowered which was great. He also had a great sense of humor. First of all, I appreciated this stores early hours and direct phone line right to the store. Landon and Niko calmed me down and reassured me they could fix my phone. Landon eliminated countless aggressive pop up ads that were preventing me from using my phone then set up a number to call for any future questions...I am forever grateful
