Lucas was very knowledgeable. While we were in the store, he seemed to be the “go to” guy. We prefer the Laurel store even though it is often busy. I guess a lot of us prefer Laurel to Billings.

The employees of this store take the time to help my elderly father everytime he goes there. He shows up mostly to get help working his phone. Tyler C at Cellular Plus in Laurel MT was amazing. I went to the Verizon store on King Ave. in Billings and was given terrible service. They did nothing to set up my new phone. Tyler did everything they failed to do and was very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this store.
