I went down to this store to upgrade my phone the other day and I waited over 30 minutes for help. There was 1 employee there and the girl was just talking to someone who looked like they were just there to pay their bill. She wasn’t even talking about Verizon just totally something useless. Then to top it all off she had VERY fowl language. I had enough and decided to go to the other store. I got my new phone and the best help ever and left under 20 minutes. I feel like watching ice melt is faster and more efficient than that girl.
