We spent almost 4 hours there today. We had a huge mess and they could have said sorry, we can't help you. Kris went above and beyond, never gave up, worked efficiently and we are fixed. I did notice that 80% of the customers that came in, they knew by name. I would highly recommend this store for your Verizon needs!
