Mady went above and beyond with her caterer service. She has been a wonderful representative of the Verizon Cellular family in Havre. We upgraded a few family phones and she did a fantastic job in setting up the new watches for the fam. She used top-notch service with the step by step processes in setting up and ordering the devices we needed. Mady thrived in educating menopause using the new watch we bought for our son and assisted with that set up process. We had extraordinary customer service, the store was clean, nice and well put together. Wait times were less then 5 mins each time we went in. Mady has done a very professional job with follow up services after our visits.very thrilled and we will come back again thanks to Mady 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 10/10 care.

Mady was a wonderful help today! She was also tons of fun to hang out with while my phone was updating, and we were able to “try on” different cases to make sure I got the right one! She’s super patient and helpful. Keep up the great work!

Tyler was INCREDIBLY helpful, he was polite, entertaining and hilarious. Tyler was extremely willing to make sure that everything worked for me, made sure that I was leaving in a great mood, with my new phone and money saving plan!!!!

Kaleb was very helpful and made the process so easy! I desperately needed a phone upgrade and he was so knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect phone for my needs.
