I’ve been in there multiple times since my line got switched off of a family line and the one young lady in there was amazing my account ended up locked though unfortunately, she told me to come back and pay my bill just in person until it unlocks which fine I can do that. So I go in today to pay my bill and there’s a different lady in there this time and she had an attitude right off the bat seemed like she would rather be anywhere else than there, so I ask if I can pay my bill she proceeds to tell me its what my old bills balance was which is over 100$ I tried to tell her I got it switched when I was in there last and she proceeds to be so rude and say it’s either paying off my device or fees and sur charges, which I’ve paid my phone off already, and I don’t know any sur charges that will amass over 40$ she wouldn’t explain and had a tone whenever I’d ask a question see I work customer service too and I didn’t have an attitude once. I was at the point of switching carriers. I called the Cody store and the corporate store in Billings and they explained the whole situation very nicely and made it make sense it’s super weird what happened with the old plan. I don’t understand why it was so hard for her to do her job and just be nice and explain what it could be. When you deal with peoples money you need to be thorough and polite unless they’re in there causing an issue. Unacceptable.
