It was a great experience switching back to Verizon from AT&T. The customer service is so much better and Chilton was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful, so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us set everything up. He was always available if we had problems and only too happy to help with everything. Great service, great support. I've been to many Verizon outlet stores over my lifetime, and the service and knowledge from this store surpasses them all. Logan R. was my sales representative, he's awesome! All of my data transferred perfectly. The store was by far and away the nicest I've been to. It was well stocked! I did have an issue with the trade in value of one of my phones, and the store manager Chilton, was able to resolve the issue. Good experience. I definitely recommend coming here first before tackling the the gauntlet of other stores.
