Went to the Verizon store in Dillon today to get an apple watch for my daughter. Skyler was absolutely amazing. He talked me through all the options and was very knowledgeable. Could not be more happy with my experience. Thank you Skyler for your help
Justin fixed a complicated problem I was having with my cell phone in a way that no one at Verizon tech-support could for over two weeks. When Verizon tech-support finally crushed my spirit by making the problem I was having worse, I physically brought the phone into Justin, and he took care of it like a true savior. I was honestly thinking about taking all of my business and transferring my phone lines to AT&T when I met Justin and he restored my faith in Verizon. I could not be happier with the way he took care of this situation for me. Justin rules!

Justin rocks. I’m never in a good mood when it is time for a new phone but I left the store with a smile on my face. Justin is kind and considerate and works with what you want instead of pushing his commission. The customer service provided by Cellular Plus, Silverthorne was incredible! Both Skylar & Justin were friendly & professional. They insured I was informed & educated with the new phone & details of my invoice. The overall experience was amazing & I so appreciate both of them. It was such a pleasant shopping experience!
Justin was a great help very friendly and kind. Helped us to open 2 lines at last minute almost closing time and even stayed after hours to help us get the best service.
