Nothing stresses me out more than the thought of having to switch phone lines to a new carrier. However Melissa at Verizon in Cheney made this the most seamless and relaxing transition ever!!
We moved four lines from AT&T and she helped us every strip of the way. Went above and beyond in making sure we got the best deal possible and making sure we had no issues with our new phones before we left the store.
Cannot recommend her and her team enough!

I went to Verizon today.
With the intentions of going to another cell phone company because of financial reasons. I had the good luck to be helped by melissa in the cheney, branch of the verizon family. She was able to help me in a way.I don't believe they would do for just anybody... I mean, she really went above and beyond to help me out of a couple issues that I was experiencing. She was not only able to get me down below the best offer I could find which was t mobile at walmart... but she was able to keep my streaming services relatively for free. In order to do this, she had to call her corporate office and I don't know if she used any favors... (Wink wink) but she got me a really good deal.
Ensuring that I was able to keep the verizon coverage. Thanks again verizon...! For understanding. And thank you, melissa for your hard work and your help. I believe the words are above and beyond. Your service was truly impeccable. :)

DREW did an awesome job on helping my other half and I on upgrading our phone with quality and friendly service. Good communication and explaining things to us. He was easy to work with and was able to break down stuff step by step. Had a great personality towards us. We recommend to go to DREW or EUGINE!

Melissa and Drew were amazing help today. They constantly strive to go above and beyond what is asked of the customer. They are always friendly and helpful. Verizon should give each of them a $5 and hour raise.

The customer service here is amazing! Kayla is a rock star, and Eugene is top notch. Kayla was thorough and patient, addressed all our concerns and found us promos that helped save money in the end. She gave us helpful tips and took the time to compare prices on products. The personal attention was much appreciated!

Melissa and Kayla were great at answering our questions about our new phones and helping get everything set up for us. They were patient and kind and made sure we were set up for success and understood how to use our new devices and made sure we had the proper accessories to keep them secure.

Five stars just aren't enough to reflect the excellent customer service Melissa and Kayla deliver at the Cheney store. Both are extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. In no way were my husband and I given the "old person" treatment that we frequently encounter in stores and restaurants. Our issues were resolved quickly and professionally yet both were friendly and enjoyable to interact with. Thanks for excellent customer service Melissa and Kayla!

I went into the store today to cancel my bill & ended up leaving as a satisfied still customer of Verizon thanks to Drew. He was super helpful & went above & beyond. Give that guy a bonus ! He does great things to retain valuable customers.
