Cason, Tyler, and Brandy were amazing. Cason helped explain things to me very well as a new account holder, and the whole store was so friendly. Would definitely working with any of these three individuals!!!!!!
Danny the Sr manager is possibly the best Verizon tech I have ever worked with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Kept his staff on point in a very professional manner. All around amazing service!

Danny was SO helpful in my upgrade process today. Super quick, right to the point, and answered all my questions and talked with me for a while once the transfer process started. You can tell he is passionate about his job and takes his role as manager very seriously. I would highly recommend!

Wyatt was incredibly helpful setting up our new lines and phones. Very painless and worked out well. Things like this take time so plan ahead or talk to them first so you can plan accordingly. Also Noah helped us set up our Apple Watch and was additionally helpful!
I had bad experiences in other locations in the past but these guys know their stuff and work together as a team and the customer service is top tier. Danny and Brandy were so professional and accomodating. The other guys were also awesome but I didn't catch their names. Thank you so much to this crew! I will definitely be back in the future.
