Domm at the Verizon store on Keene provided exceptional customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable on business account promotions, Iphone models, and their accessories, he took the time to give thorough explanations so I could make an informed decision. Domm truly went above and beyond by helping me get my new phone fully setup. I highly recommend Domm and the Verizon store on Keene.
Brenton was amazing!! Super helpful, fast and knew how to do his job well enough that I felt comfortable leaving our phones there while they transferred to the new ones. Hands down the best customer service I have had with any of the Verizon’s in Tri cities. Highly recommend Brenton.

Went into Verizon to upgrade my iPhone, and David K made the whole process quick and easy. He was knowledgeable and professional, and honestly made something I usually dread feel simple. I might not wait another five years for my next upgrade after this experience!

Jared's customer service is phenomenal! He has always went above and beyond his duties to make sure that whatever I was there to have done, I was taken care of and left the store happy. In fact, it's the only Verizon store I'll go to, even though there are other Verizon stores closer to where I live. If you want something done right, I recommend taking your Verizon business to Jared's store on Keene Rd. I know without a doubt you'll leave just as happy and content with his service as I always seem to be!
