I've worked with a few Verizon stores over the years, and this one is by far the best. The knowledgable staff goes above and beyond to help make things as smooth and seamless as possible. 5+ stars!

Excellent customer service!! What could have been a stressful morning upgrading my phone to the 17 Pro was fast seemless! The manager was incredibly kind and patient with customers while being a great leader to his colleagues. He even looked over my account and found a way to save $15/month. Highly recommend!!

Been coming here for years. Regardless of turnover, consistently great service. Dylan helped me out today and was outstanding. If you’re a Verizon customer (or looking) and live in the valley, this is the place for all your cellular needs.

Best experience I've had in a Verizon store in maybe forever. Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable, Even upgraded me to a new phone with a promotion I was unaware I was eligible for. Paco is the store manager, he knows his stuff. Dylan and Blu are also helpful resources. Go check these guys out. Cheers

Emiliano and Paco were great. I showed up a bit after 5PM on a Monday to look at upgrading/tradng in my old phone. They got me all set-up with a screen protector and case for my new I-Phone. Ensured the trade-in credit was applied to my account and I was headed home with my new Iphone all set-up in less than 1 hour. Emiliano even stayed a bit late to ensure the transfer of information to my new phone was complete. Great experience as it has been 4+ years since I have traded in for a new phone.

I went into this non corporate Verizon store skeptical. I have never liked the licensed franchised stores. Bad experience elsewhere.
I walked in and was greeted by this wonderful individual Emiliano. Pretty sure that was his name spelling maybe off. This dude was sharp. I just needed help with some password stuff. He was very helpful, unlike the shop near Walmart.
I think I may upgrade to the iPhone 17, if I decide to pull the trigger on a want, but not a need, I will be purchasing from him. I’ve had horrible experiences at “authorized retailers” in the past, but you all have a different breed.
I’d hire this dude for my business. I will be heading to this shop for any phone needs, and you can thank this polished gentleman.

I came in very distraught after having my phone stolen. Emiliano and Paco went above and beyond To calm me down. They stayed late and made sure that I was taken care of and was going to be OK. They hooked me up with a new phone and I left there. Very thankful, Emiliano and Paco are an asset to the Verizon company. Thank you again.!!!!!!

I worked with Tyler all afternoon and he was so incredibly helpful. He got my new phone set up while managing a few setbacks out of his control with ease. He was thoughtful and tried to make the process go as fast as possible even when the roadblocks were coming up and tried to do everything on his end to fix them. Great and friendly customer service and willing to go the extra mile
