I went in due to my phones sim card not working and ready for an upgrade. Even though I knew no helpful information Darrin was able to jump through all the additional hoops while being kind and get me a stellar deal! I had such a great experience working with Kelsey at Verizon! She was incredibly helpful and made the whole process super easy and quick. I came in needing a new phone and ended up walking out with not only that, but also Verizon home internet,”—which has been working perfectly so far. Aaliyah , was a wonderful help with my phone. There was no other place in town that would replace my phone or fix it for a decent deal. She helped me get a new phone for a decent deal the day of coming in! This was the shortest amount of time I have ever spent in a phone store.
