Jessy was AMAZING fixing numerous items that were causing problems on my account as well as with my iPhone 16Pro Max. These issues had been going on since August. I had several “chats” online for months, which were worthless. Jessy solved all of my issues fabulously.

I needed a new screen protector, when I called, Dominic was so helpful on the phone that it changed my mind about going to this store. In the past I wasn't happy with the customer service, but now it's totally different and awesome. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. Dominic was amazing in taking off the broken screen protector and making sure I got the kind I wanted (glass protector). He made sure my screen was totally clean and then put the new one on. Helped me register the product for a lifetime warranty too. I definitely recommend this Verizon Store.
I came in today to pay a couple of bill but they were a little busy. Justin did Approach me to greet me and asked what brought me in. He was currently busy but sent over a trainee to help pay my bill. The two young ladies did a great job helping me pay my bills from my discontinued account and my new account. Justin also was able to help me find a really nice set of headphones that they have there. My over all experience there was amazing and easy-going.
