Jeremiah at the Portland store was ever so helpful. He took the time to answer all our questions,and went above and beyond to make sure we understood what we were getting, and how to operate it. He is a very friendly and caring young man. We need him in Ohio.
Jeremiah is easily the best Verizon sales person I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I got everything I needed from my iPhone preorder promotion in a timely fashion without any unwarranted upselling (which he still did in a way that acknowledged what would be actually useful for me!), and when tons of technical issues happened with my other promotional devices, he was extraordinarily helpful at helping me work through all the confusing phone support needed to get problems fixed that I'd wasted multiple hours on multiple days on the phone with Verizon support trying to solve with people who didn't seem to care how much of my time was being wasted.
This shop will set you up with everything you need, make you feel like your wants and needs actually matter to them, and help you get everything without ever making you feel like being a customer is an obligation you must commit to. Wonderful work!

Great experience!! I have visited the location 3x in the past two months and Brayden has been so helpful every time. He helped me get signed up with new WiFi and consolidated my family’s plan down to exactly what we needed, which has helped cut our monthly bill nearly in half. I always have a million questions when visiting, he’s been able to answer every one of them. If you need help with your Verizon account or are curious about exactly what you’re paying for, Brayden is the person to see (although I’m sure everyone is there is super helpful.) Thank you for making my visits so easy!
I rarely write gushing reviews of businesses and even less so naming any particular person who works at that business but I'm glad to do it for this Verizon store and it's manager Jeremiah. I've been doing business at this store for years and every time I have something to do whether buy a new device or ask questions or fix something, Jeremiah is the best. He's always super friendly and helpful and knows his stuff and everything is always easy peasy with him and fixed easily. I feel totally taken care of when he helps me. I never once feel like he or Verizon is trying to scam me... and that's really saying something today in the American business climate where I feel scammed by too many large corporations. Today he got me a great deal on an iPhone 17. I went from an 8+ to a 17... everything was quick and easy and painless and once again I leave the story super satisfied. NOTE TO JEREMIAH'S BOSSES: GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!
